2. These terms

2.1 These terms apply to every order you place and to your use of this website. By placing an order or ticking the box to confirm you accept these terms, you agree to be bound by them. Please read them before you order.

2.2 We may change these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on this website at the time you place that order.

2.3 These terms are written in English and all contracts between us will be concluded in English.

3. Eligibility and age

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this website. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over.

3.2 We do not sell CBD or related products to anyone under the age of 18, and we may cancel any order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

4. Our products

4.1 Our CBD products are sold as food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. We make no medical or health claims about them.

4.2 CBD food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a doctor before use.

4.3 Our products comply with applicable UK limits on controlled cannabinoid content. Recommended daily amounts shown on the product or packaging should not be exceeded.

4.4 We take reasonable care to describe products and show images accurately, but packaging, formulation and appearance may vary. Where a product is part of a regulated category (for example, the Novel Foods regime for CBD), its availability may change in line with regulatory decisions.

5. Orders and contract formation

5.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. This is not acceptance of your order.

5.2 A contract between us is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot supply a product (for example, it is out of stock or there was a pricing error), we will tell you and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.

5.3 We may refuse or cancel an order at our reasonable discretion, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where the order breaches these terms.

6. Price and payment

6.1 Prices are shown on the website and are in pounds sterling (GBP). We try to ensure prices are accurate, but if we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will contact you to ask whether you wish to continue at the correct price or cancel.

6.2 Prices include VAT where applicable at the prevailing rate. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

6.3 Payment is taken at the point of order through our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

7. Delivery

7.1 We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7.2 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.

7.3 If your goods are lost or arrive damaged, contact us at [email protected] as soon as reasonably possible so we can put it right.

8. Your right to cancel (consumer orders)

8.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

8.2 To cancel, tell us clearly within that period at [email protected]. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us, and you are responsible for the cost of return unless the goods are faulty.

8.3 For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed and that have been unsealed after delivery. This may apply to certain consumable and ingestible products.

8.4 We will refund the price you paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or evidence that you have returned them. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.

9. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us at [email protected].

10. Trade and wholesale orders

Where you buy from us in the course of a business (including wholesale and trade accounts), the consumer cancellation rights in clause 8 do not apply. Separate trade terms, minimum order quantities and payment terms may be agreed in writing and will take precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

11. Our liability

11.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

11.2 Subject to clause 11.1, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, and our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

11.3 Our products are supplied for the uses described. You are responsible for ensuring a product is suitable for your intended use.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
